Opening Remark
 | The conference was presided over by Prof. Zhaojun Meng, Dean of School of Electrical and Automation Engineering of Liaoning Institute of Science and Technology and Prof. Xudong Luo, Vice President of Liaoning Institute of Science and Technology, gave an opening speech. Prof. Xudong Luo extended a warm welcome to all experts and scholars, and introduced in detail the school's history, development status, international cooperation and scientific research. It is hoped that this conference will further enhance the scientific research ability, promote the transformation of scientific research achievements, improve academic competitiveness and endow power electronics and control engineering with higher quality academic value. |

Oral Presentation
The conference also set up an oral report by young scholars, and a number of eight scholars gave oral reports, sharing their research results and experiences, and showing the latest research results and innovative ideas.
This conference provides an academic exchange platform for researchers, engineering technicians and technology developers in the field of power electronics and control engineering, sharing scientific research achievements, understanding cutting-edge technologies, exploring academic development trends, broadening research ideas, and promoting the transformation of academic achievements into industrialization. Through this meeting, the participants had in-depth exchanges, which not only broadened their academic horizons, collided with ideological sparks, but also strengthened their exchanges and cooperation.
